To try and keep Nerdly Flat a safe and comfortable event for everyone, we’re taking the following Covid Precautions:
- All attendees will be required to be fully vaccinated
- All attendees will be asked to take a rapid test when they arrive on site (we recommend taking a rapid test before you leave home – it’d suck to travel all that way and then test positive when you get there!)
- It isn’t feasible to demand masks inside the cabins (since people will also be sleeping and eating in there), but we’d encourage folks to consider mask usage when you’re sitting down at a table with folks for a few hours to play. When in doubt, ask the people at your table and defer to the most cautious.
- This year we won’t be doing any common breakfasts or lunches – you’ll have to provide your own food (cooking facilities are on site), or else purchase food from Blue Mountain’s concession
